MA250 GSM amplifier indoor antenna works bad. I guess I need a more powerful one?

Hey guys! I have to ask for a consultation with your company regarding one little problem. Not long ago I purchased an amplifier MA250 produced by Nikrans and since that time I have been suffering from not stable work of indoor antenna. At least it looks like the problem is in the antenna. Can I be wrong?

During what time is it possible to return a mobile signal booster if I realize that it does not suit me?
