To tell the truth, I am an experienced online buyer, so it was rather challenging for me to order this booster, at least at first, it seemed to me that it would be challenging. In general, I am very happy about my purchase. The device arrived very quickly, it was well-packed and everything was perfect. But the installation was not very easy for me. I needed to ask my friend to help me. Yes, in the box I found a nice manual but for me, it was still a disaster. Nevertheless, my friend managed to install it within an hour time. NS500-GSM+4G-PRO is a very powerful device: if earlier my phone couldn't even catch the 4G signal of my operator when I was at home, now I always have 4 or even 5 bars.

The booster itself s great but I was disappointed to see that it was delivered in the damaged box. I believe that it could have been the fault of the courier service. Nevertheless, the device wasn’t damaged and it works really well.

A year ago, we bought a new house. And of course, we were unbelievably happy. For us it was a very important event. The house is located in a beautiful valley surrounded by mountains. Everything was perfect but it was one detail that spoilt everything: our mobile signal was soooo poor that we couldn't’ even make calls. On the first floor, it was possible at least to catch a signal but on the ground floor...there was no chance to get connected. We realized that something should be done. We tried to reach our mobile operator with an inquiry to build a new cell tower in our neighborhood but it turned out that due to some infrastructural issues it was prohibited. So, we decided to change the situation on our own. Thank God, that at least at work I had a perfect internet connection and I managed to find this website. I live way down in a valley way out in the boondocks. I was lucky if I got one bar on my cell phone. Calls dropped all the time. I never in my life thought it would get any better. I’ve recently moved to a cabin in the mountains. I was lucky to get one or two bars and little to no signal inside. After installing the signal booster, I consistently get 3 bars of 4G signal inside. The device and accessories seem to be of good quality. Installation and setup was extremely easy. I found a map of the nearest towers online. I would definitely recommend this product.

I bought this device for my daughter’s new 3-story home. She was able to get good reception on the 3rd floor, spotty reception on the second floor and no reception on the first floor. After installing the device on the 3rd floor, she is able to call me right away on the 1st floor and the call quality was excellent.
