I've bought from your website because your tariffs comparing with others are better. I find this site simple and well made.
The installation of this device didn't cause any problem for me. I just followed the advice as indicated in the user manual.
Now I can phone from my office with no problem at all. I fixed an antenna on the roof of my office. That's how I managed to get the best results. The only preocupation is the system remains sensitive to thunderstorms.

I live in a French farmhouse with very thick stone walls. As a result the Prixtel 4G signal strength inside the house was zero or one bar only, -100dBm to -109dBm. Data speeds were terrible. I also have a very slow fixed broadband speed of 0.5Mbps or less.

The office of the company I work for is situated in the area with a very low signal. It was almost impossible to work ‘cause every time I had to look for a place with better connection.
