Viettel signal problems are a great big deal pretty much anywhere in my city. There are a lot of buildings, the traffic is insane most of the time, so I think that is the main reason for Viettel signal issues. By the way, this is the third operator that I am using, because I changed it every time different problems occurred. But it looks like it is not the Viettel poor coverage to blame.

If you live in one of the countries of Latin America and if you have a boat or a yacht, then you definitely know about the problem with mobile signal that you may have while you are sailing.
