Viettel signal problems are a great big deal pretty much anywhere in my city. There are a lot of buildings, the traffic is insane most of the time, so I think that is the main reason for Viettel signal issues. By the way, this is the third operator that I am using, because I changed it every time different problems occurred. But it looks like it is not the Viettel poor coverage to blame.

One my friend has a mobile signal booster at home, so these devices do not seem to me very surprising.
