My situation is very special so I didn’t believe that there was a way out. We have two mobile subscriptions on the Swiss network but live a few kilometres across the border in France, and we did not want to continue to pay roaming charges here. The repeater now gives us a reasonably strong Swisscom signal at home.
I have been looking for any solution for a long time. I had no idea about gsm repeaters when I found information about them. At first, it seemed a bit unreal that such a compact device could solve a problem. But the customer service helped me a lot. They made my doubts disappear and helped me select the model. Installation was relatively straightforward. The instructions were clear and the necessary materials were all included. The external antenna was mounted on an existing TV antenna pole and oriented towards Switzerland - we had to play around a bit to get the strongest signal, but it was not difficult. Linking this up with the repeater itself, and then the antennas was easy. It has required no ongoing maintenance at all.

In general, as many other MyAmplifiers clients I was quite satisfied with the quality of mobile services that I had. But in my house my smartphone just couldn’t receive any mobile signal. I could enjoy mobile communication in all other places. But in my house mobile communication was a disaster. I really didn’t know what I could do with Telia poor signal. As you understand, today it is impossible to stay without mobile communication.

The signal repeater itself is incredibly easy to put together, and I really did all of it myself. I simply placed the outer antenna outside my bedroom window, linked it to the booster box, then plugged the inside antenna into the booster box as well, and that’s basically all. I only needed to turn it on afterwards, and it worked just like magic. I forgot about TDC poor signal once and for all, and I plan on never forgetting to enjoy this modern life benefit from now on.

Of course, lack of mobile internet at home was very irritating for me, as I need to stay online 24/7. It is normal nowadays. But due to Telkomsel poor signal I didn’t have an opportunity to stay in touch with my friends. Of course, I could call them or send SMS. But who does this today? Mobile online apps are much more convenient for communication for young people.

Since we bought MyAmplifiers signal repeater for our office, we started working much more efficiently and all our workers are actually more satisfied. We don’t have to wait for a long time to download web pages, we don’t miss or drop calls to or from our clients anymore and we can send each other the necessary news, updates and other information pretty fast. Overall, signal problems aren’t problems anymore.
