I know how difficult it can be to make a call if your mobile phone can receive only very poor MTC signal. MTC signal problems can be really irritating if you have to make an urgent call or you know that somebody should call you but there is no signal.

For many years we hadn’t use mobile services at all, though a lot of our friends and relatives already were very active mobile services users. Our family lives in Venezuela and as you may know our country can’t boast excellent mobile connection.
