I have also faced with some difficulties due to Orange poor coverage. But let me describe the whole situation. I decided to open my own business. It is a very small company yet, but it doesn’t mean that I do not have to communicate a lot. But quite often Orange poor signal just didn’t give me such a possibility. At that moment I worked from home, that’s why as you understand not only I was suffering from Orange signal problems that led to difficulties in my business communication, but also the whole my family was deprived of the opportunity to use mobile services due to Orange signal issues.
We really couldn’t use voice and data mobile services. And it was very irritating and I had to boost cellular signal. I had never had any Spark mobile signal problems but then I decided to try to use 4G mobile internet. I have always been an active mobile internet services user, that’s why I don’t think that it sounds surprising that I decided to change my tariff plan for a new one that included 4G services as soon as this network became available in my region. But at that time I didn’t even know that though the signal was available, it was impossible to use it.

We are from Romania and we have faced with similar problems that are considered to be rather usual for residents of villages. Digi.Mobil poor coverage used to be a nightmare for us.
