My new house is located between two hills. Though mobile station is only 5km away (!!!), I can't make a call! Bought AT400 mobile phones repeater only two days ago, so had no time to verify all its pros and cons. Anyway, I am pleased with its work so far. Let's wait and see))
this mobile phones repeater is surprisingly easy to install for a non-engineer, and, of course, good cell service.
the package has a manual only in English. That was quite problematic for a Portuguese with non-technical English!!!

Unfortunately I can't share everybody's happiness as my AT400 mobile phones repeater didn't function!!!
I got in touch with the technical support immediately, and they returned my money without any delays and disputes (thanks goodness!!).
had no chance to check this phones repeater out :( Now thinking of trying another one...

My AT 400 mobile phones repeater arrived today. The package of phones repeater is complete. According to the manual the installation must be simple. I promise to write back in a couple of days when I will get the first results!
the delivery of the mobile phones repeater took only a week!! Actually, I didn't expect it so soon!
I hope I won't find any))

I wanted to order a mobile phones repeater long ago. Myamplifiers.com helped me to make up my mind. Had no problems to get in touch with tech support, and surprisingly they spent much time explaining me the ins and outs of the installation and performance of the mobile phones repeater. Made my order yesterday, so can't say anything about the device yet.
excellent tech support service. They promise quick delivery as well.

I purchased AT 400 phone repeater as a gift for my son's birthday. The first impression was - fast delivery, nice design, detailed instruction. But: I have read a lot that the mobile signal extender is very easy to install. NOTHING of the sort!!! We spent all day verifying the right direction of the external antenna!!!!
If you manage to install it properly, the gsm quality really increases significantly. We installed our repeater only thanks to tech support. Perfect performance. Pleasant price.

I live in Montpellier, France. I spended much time to find a online shop of mobile phone repeaters in France. Because I speak English little. I called support and they does not know French!!!! I am disappointed!!
now I have reasons for learning English better :)
explain me why a French shop does not have French support!!!

My resume is worthy mobile phones repeater for reasonable price. Though I had certain problems searching for the place to plug in power supply.
price, performance, design
installation inconveniences (can be installed only after thorough measuring and consideration).

Taking into consideration the price, AT400 mobile phone repeater is a super device!!! I would put 10 out of 10 possible points for gsm reception quality and convenience to use! I was surprised to get detailed explanation from support when I could not understand some moments!!

I live in a free standing 2 story house in the countryside in SW Sweden.The nearest "Telenor" transmitter (900mhz) is ca 10 km away. The lanscape is flat, and I could not get reception indoors AT ALL.I puchased the AT 400, which took one week to arrive.I mounted the omnidirectional outdoor antenna on the chimney, extending it ca 1 mtr on an aluminium tube, being ca 1 mtr above the roof.Brought the coax cable into the kitchen, which was the easiest, and most direct route.It sits on the window shelf, and 220 volt was close by for the transformer. The AT 400 was active, and guess what.... Full scale reception on my wife's new mobile. I must admit, I am a "Radio Ham", so installations of this kind, are not new to me, and I was aware of the basic installation problems.
It is early days, so I can't comment on reliability yet. It works well, and was at a reasonable price.
9 mtrs of coax from the outdoor antenna to the repeater, is too little for any installation. A directional antenna as standard, would have been better. But saying this, the standard kit worked on all counts in my case.

We got a well insulated house which makes reception indoors next to impossible. By installing the antenna in the attic where the reception was less of a problem and the repeater/antenna in the living area made our reception problem one of the past :-)
Make sure you install the antennas that it does not interfere with other equipment like radio, tv or internet or cabling thereof (and that of your neighbours) Have fun with your new mobile phones ;-)
Easy to install. Plug-and-play!!
No more missed calls!
Works fine in Holland for Vodaphone/KPN.

Message: Yes, it works! I have installed the outdoor antenna near of a window inside my house (there I geht 3 bars on my phone). There was the only place for me to phone inside my house. With AT400 I have everywhere 2-3 bars in my house (before AT400 zero bars!) and on the desk near to the AT400 I have 5 bars :-)

I have yet to compliment the proven efficiency as well as for recognizing that there was actually been an error in shipment. If I have occasion definitely will buy other products on your website.
